About Us
One of NYC's first health care for the homeless services organizations. We provide whole-person care including medical, dental, mental health and behavioral support and other critical services to NYC's unhoused individuals. We operate 16 health centers throughout all five boroughs and have 6 shelters and 2 Safe Havens for those experiencing homelessness.
