CKO Kickboxing Throggs Neck is a Bronx-based fitness and martial arts community reflecting the borough’s diversity across age, culture, and background. Our members range from ages 7 to 77, with a digital audience spanning 86 countries. We provide structured fitness and martial arts training rooted in nationally recognized methodologies. Our trainers collectively bring 111 years of experience, with credentials recognized by major athletic organizations. We emphasize discipline, health, and community engagement, creating an inclusive environment where individuals of all levels can build strength, confidence, and resilience.
