One Fordham Plaza LLC is a property management and real estate development company based in the Bronx. The company manages One Fordham Plaza, a 14-story office complex located at 1 Fordham Plaza, on the southeast corner of Fordham Road and Third Avenue.

Designed by the architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, One Fordham Plaza features a distinctive ''layer-cake'' or ''ziggurat'' design, incorporating yellow stone, black marble, and polished chrome. The building houses various retail and office tenants, including T.J.Maxx, Party City, Famous Footwear, Applebee’s, Chase Bank, Starbucks, Chipotle, and medical facilities such as the Family Health Center for Montefiore Medical Center.
