is a Food is Medicine organization dedicated to improving health outcomes and reducing food insecurity by delivering fresh, nutritious food directly to individuals and families facing chronic health conditions and social barriers to care. Through partnerships with healthcare providers, Medicaid programs, Social Care Networks, community-based organizations, and local agencies, Project FoodBox provides medically supportive groceries and nutrition-focused services designed to help people live healthier lives.
