About Us

Riverbay Corporation manages Co-op City, the largest cooperative housing development in the U.S., located in the northeast Bronx. Co-op City comprises over 15,000 residential units across 35 high-rise buildings and seven townhouse clusters. The community offers amenities such as shopping centers, community centers, playgrounds, professional offices, dining options, senior services, a public library, and educational facilities from nursery through high school. Riverbay Corporation is overseen by a resident-elected board of directors.
