About the role:
In this role, you will repair and maintain multifunctional printers and copiers, ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment reliability. The Multifunction Printer Field Service Technician key responsibilities are:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on printers, copiers, and multifunctional devices.
• Provide exceptional customer service while on-site at client locations.
• Maintain accurate records of service and inventory.
• Monitor parts and supply inventory and ensure readiness for repairs.
• Comfortable troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues on printers, copiers, and multifunctional equipment, with basic familiarity in network setup being a plus.
• Willingness to learn newest technologies for printer and document management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Physical requirements: ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or to lift or move 50 pounds.
